The verdict

Most output: Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2. 2,000 W is 200 to 500 W more than the rest, and it refills fastest at 49 minutes.

Longest runtime and lightest: Jackery Explorer 1000 v2. Its 1,070 Wh battery is slightly bigger and it weighs 23.8 lb, but 1,500 W is the lowest output here.

Best for adding batteries: EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus, with six AC outlets and expansion to 5 kWh. The EcoFlow Delta 3 Classic gives you the same battery and output for less.

Best for solar: Bluetti Elite 100 V2, which takes 1,000 W of panels.

Runtimes differ by less than an hour between these models, so choose on output, weight and charging rather than capacity.
